From the West (M8):

• At the end of the M8 turn right at the large roundabout onto the City Bypass (A720)
• Take the second junction (Lothianburn junction) off the city bypass and proceed up the slip road to the roundabout.
• Turn left at the roundabout on to the A702 towards Edinburgh city centre.
• Continue straight on the A702 for approximately 3 miles until it becomes Bruntsfield Place.
• Leamington Terrace is on your left.
